Doug Nidiffer, the son of founders, Ray and June Nidiffer, grew up in the family business. After graduating from Oregon State University in 1972 with a Bachelors of Science degree, Doug returned to Brookings and the company. After serving in virtually every capacity, he became Vice-President in 1980. After Ray's retirement in 1995, Doug became the company's second President and Chief Operating Officer. He continues to fill that role today.
Greg Sandeno Greg Sandeno, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, joined the company in 2005. Greg brings a wealth of experience with more than 25 years of leadership in the grocery industry. His experience encompasses five years as first, Group Vice-President of Retail Operations followed by two years as Senior Vice-President of Retail Operations for Nash Finch Company. Before that, he was Director of Food Operations, then Director of Operations and last, Vice-President, Regional Director of Stores for a division of Kroger. He is widely recognized as an executive whose management skills inspire co-workers to meet and exceed expectations. |
